Returns

Because every Rep It! product is custom made to order, we can only accept returns for items that were misprinted, miscounted, defective, or otherwise produced incorrectly on our end. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing selections, or designs, colors, or quantities approved on your proof. See our Make-It-Right Guarantee for full details.

How to request a return or reprint
1. Email orders@repitprint.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected items.
3. Let us know whether you would prefer a reprint or a refund.

We'll review your request and reply within one business day. In many cases we can confirm the problem from your photos and start your reprint right away, with no need to send anything back.

If we need the items returned
We'll email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return address. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Packages without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered to be eligible.

Shipping costs
If the error was ours, we cover return shipping and the cost of sending your corrected items.

Refunds
When a reprint isn't possible, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the affected items within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
